my printer hates my compter and my computer hates my printer
ok, I've wasted about 2 hours of my time on the phone, tech suport was actualy very helpfull, we were able to get my printer to print... BUT the windows auto dect of the printer keeped saying that the software was not found "finish to close" and then finding the printer, then puting up the window, in a mind-numming endless loop, pour software guy and i spent a long time uninstalling and re-insalling to the point of no - return, and now, yes, you guessed it- my printer will not even install - nor will it print.
I've given up for now as I'm just worn out I started laughing hystericly "ITS IN AN ENDLESS LOOP OF DOOM!" I'm pretty sure the pour Indain guy.. anyway I gave up thinking maybe I'll call my computer people. but you know what screw it all, I might just have to take this thing into a computer repar place and be like "insall my printer." I dont know my mind hurts. |

I've had similar problems with my HP photosmart printer and my xp computer. The printer driver saying the driver is loaded, but the printer isn't connected, and the computer saying that the printer is connected but the driver cannot be found. It is quite annoying. I normally just cancel it and start over, generally fixes it.
