40k custom conversions
Any thoughts on comparative stats on making a space marine in terminator armor for scape? My guess is it would be at least as powerful as the q9 figure, which I gather is one of the more powerful in the official game.

Although I'm sure you could translate a figure into being on par with Q9, the reason that Q9 is one of the stronger ones is because he is almost too dangerous at 180 points. You could theoretically make a unit with numerous attacks (for example Double Attack or Queglix Gun) and that will make a unit more powerful.
If you want a balanced custom, don't make a Q9-par unit. Make a unit who is effective, but won't be feared by your friends or family. Welcome to the world of customs.
