How's this?

The mild mannered accountant Arthur has opted for a career change, becoming The Tick's faithful sidekick! What he actually contributes to the fighting aspect of fighting crime is less than desired, rather he serves as the brains for The Tick's brawn. Often finding himself "In Peril!", The Tick comes to his rescue and gives Arthur the confidence to fight back. Just please "Not in the face!"

Oh, and he needs the synergy list filled out here.

It's just copy and paste the flying stuff from someone else who has flying. You can also copy the Vigilante Sidekick one from Robin's thread and switch out Vigilante for Delusional (Synergy Archive will need a Delusional post created). The hardest one will be the Champion synergy for In Peril! Champions already have a post to link, but I don't know how it should be phrased and I'm not sure if we have anything you can just copy. Ask @Ronin for an assist on that one.
