MIMIKYU

DISGUISE MARKER
Spoiler Alert!

DEX ENTRY
Quote:
It wears a rag fashioned into a Pikachu costume in an effort to look less scary. Unfortunately, the costume only makes it creepier.

Re: Skinderella's Pokemon Customs

Another 2 mons incoming!

Mimikyu, much like Pikachu, can buddy up with other Pokemon, just requiring LoS before that ally’s turn instead of after. Its Disguise can take a hit for it, boosting its Attack when broken, and can be fixed if Mimikyu is hiding. Depending how you want to play Mimikyu, different Pokemon can be great partners for it! If you want to rely on the Disguise taking damage, Ninetales and Tsareena can help it out, or for a more offensive approach relying on the Disguise braking, Gourgeist and Sirfetch’d can help you secure knockouts!

Scizor is a powerful attacker, gaining skulls that it can use to replace bad rolls. As they replace attack dice, they can be used with Bullet Punch! In addition to this it can move other Bug Types around at the start of each round, allowing the likes of Vikavolt to get into position for Zap Cannons, or help Volcarona spread around burns.

Nice to see so much Darmanitan love! Yeah those mechanics are pretty fun in the games, just a shame not many of them are that useful. Who's your second favourite angry monkey?

Yeah Hammer Arm is handy to pin someone down, maybe stop them from getting close to your other Pokemon. Also just gives it another type to work with, which is handy against any mons with a fire resistance!

"Officially" there aren't specific one sas you can kinda use any figure of each Pokemon, or 3D prints.

However I do own figures of every Pokemon I've done cards for, so can list figures if people want that? A lot of the ones I use though are ones I've owned for a while, so can be pretty hard to come by nowadays. They're from a variety of lines though; there's no consistent brand or line I use.

Re: Skinderella's Pokemon Customs

Updating a bunch of mons, mostly based on feedback from others but also from a bit of playing them. Primarily it’s the mons that act as OM hubs for bonding (so Cinderace, Empoleon, and Tsareena), but there’s also some minor adjustments to others.

Cinderace now only bonds with fire and normal type Pokemon, as well as any Pokemon with a Range of 1. This selection allows it to stick with same type Pokemon, as well as in my opinion give the theme that it’s passing a turn to another “football/soccer player”, but can also let it be a bit of a backline character whilst you push forward with stronger mons that can screen for it.
Quote:

Fire Types
Charizard (200), Darmanitan (200), Volcarona (270)

Normal Types
Audino (120), Cyclizar (100), Delcatty (90), Stoutland (160)

Pokemon with a Range of 1
Aegislash (230), Cyclizar (100), Darmanitan (200), Dragonite (360), Garchomp (300), Gyarados (290), Lucario (180), Lycanroc (Dusk) (150), Machamp (240), Scizor (250), Sirfetch’d (210), Stoutland (160), Tinkaton (190), Tsareena (200), Tyranitar (290)
Empoleon can only bond with or move water, ice, flying, and normal type Pokemon, to emulate a colony and also what else is found in the habitats Empoleons live in (so icey, arctic areas).
Quote:

Water Types
Cramorant (140), Greninja (230), Gyarados (290)

Ice Types
Glaceon (190), Ninetales (Alolan) (180)

Flying Types
Charizard (200), Cramorant (140), Dragonite (360), Gyarados (290)

Normal Types
Audino (120), Cyclizar (100), Delcatty (90), Stoutland (160)
Tsareena has a brand new power! Instead of bonding, she can move Order Markers to allies within 5 clear sight spaces, and then if you reveal an OM that you moved on the card of certain Pokemon, she gets to move or attack at the end of your turn. This opens a new playstyle by letting sidekick style Pokemon shine a bit more, like Pikachu, Mimikyu, Lycanroc, and Flygon, whilst still leaning towards certain types to get the most out of her. The type selection here was to emulate other Pokemon that you can find in the same areas as Tsareena’s pre-evolutions in the games.
Quote:

Grass Types
Gourgeist (Super) (190), Sceptile (200), Serperior (180)

Fairy Types
Gardevoir (190), Mimikyu (150), Ninetales (Alolan) (180), Sylveon (180), Tinkaton (190)

Normal Types
Audino (120), Cyclizar (100), Delcatty (90), Stoutland (160)
In addition to the changes to these 3, a bunch of mons have had minor changes to points or a special power to avoid exploits or to make said power a bit stronger:

Quote:
Cards
Spoiler Alert!

Dragonite
• Increased points from 350 to 360.
• Extreme Speed move reduced from 5 to 4.

Espeon
• Class changed from Telepath to Visionary.
• Solar Revelation no longer has a range limit, and initiative bonus can activate if it is on a sunlight space.

Gardevoir
• Lowered points from 210 to 190.

Lycanroc (Dusk)
• Added (Dusk) after its name, to be consistent with other Pokemon with multiple forms that are not the originals (for example, Darmanitan and Stunfisk do not have (Unovan) after their names, as they are the original form. Ninetales and Raichu have (Alolan) after theirs, and Gourgeist has (Super Size), as these are not the standard forms of those Pokemon).

Sceptile
• Lowered points from 210 to 200.

Serperior
• Increased points from 170 to 180.

Stoutland
• Mountain Rescue no longer works if Stoutland has already moved, and prevents it from moving again that turn.
• Retaliate now has to end the move adjacent to the attacker.

Tinkaton
• Gigaton Hammer now adds attack dice, as opposed to automatic skulls, for each Scrap Marker removed.

Tyranitar
• Lowered points from 320 to 300.

Re: Skinderella's Pokemon Customs

Two more Pokemon join the battle, including the invasion of an Ultra Beast!

Mamoswine is a bulky and powerful fighter. High Horsepower can help Mamoswine close the gap to ranged characters, and throw them around thanks to Tusk Toss. This can set up a variety of plays, whether it’s taking a figure out of bonding range, throwing it off high ground, or tossing it to a Pokemon like Gourgeist or Sylveon to trap them. It pairs well with Ninetales, Glaceon, and Empoleon in ice teams, protecting them from melee fighters whilst it receives defense buffs from Ninetales.

Nihilego can invade the board at the start of any round, whether to claim an area early or to disrupt a battle by getting to back line characters. It focuses on spreading poison around, and then uses said poison to either weaken its targets, or take control of them. If you want to play it risky, this can be used to take control of your own figures and bond with them too! Poison spreaders like Skuntank and Clodsire work well with it, while Gengar can be handy to move poison around, or clear statuses off of Nihilego itself.
