4 of a Kind Special Attack

Spelling: Kind instead of King, though King is one of the ranks in a deck of cards. Shuffle up and deal!

Oooooo, I love this mechanic, and 2 attack dice feels perfect! Very creative.

Staff Vault

Very fun idea. This will probably lead to people moving him back-and-forth between the same two spaces to get the +1 attack bonus, but Human Torch's Flame On also encourages similar tactics. Gambit also risks engagement strikes if he tries to pull that stunt if he begins the turn engaged. As with Human Torch's Flame On, the benefit of the ability is simply too good to worry about how other players apply it, unless it results in a tactic that is broken. That clearly isn't the case here.

Final Thoughts

Innovative designs are the hallmark of C3G, and this design reflects that... (wait for it)... IN SPADES!

- THEME TEST/ Check to see if there are any powers or stats on the test unit card that does not accurately reflect the theme or likeness of what the character would and could do. Also consider destructible objects, and whether or not this characters powers should affect them.

It was not unusual for me to land 2-3 wounds just with blanks in one turn. 4 attacks of 2 where every blank is a wound is a lot.
