It might just be me, but I feel like one more small power would really make him "pop." Not sure what that could be though...some kind of special attack maybe?

Gees, reading the list of this guy's superpowers on Wiki basically tells me two things:

1. He's probably underpowered as you have him?
2. You could add virtually anything for a third power and it wouldn't be inaccurate.

A special attack that's worth having might be tough when he already has a range 5, attack 8 normal attack, though. Maybe something for crowd control/multiple attacks?

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Oh, I meant to clip the quote in a way that makes sure it was clear it’s an @Splash design, btw. Fixed that now.

Nefaria is pretty juiced, but I think anything from 350-450 would be fair for him. Something like Parallax Hal’s SA could be cool for crowd control.

Just reread Moon Knight run with him in it.
Okay I have an idea, he's super powerful, but also used to being pampered nobility who hires people to do the dirty work, so less in your face in terms of offense. Rather than a big combo attack, I'd like something that would encourage running him as a Crime Lord with minions under him. This power could also be reused.
Any "can't find good help these days" name would suffice, or "Count Nefaria will see you now", something like that to show his arrogance...

Or yeah reworking that Parallax power would work better, since his optic blasts are less of a force beam and more just lasers that sear flesh and burn holes in people. Again, not sure on the name.

That Moon Knight run wasn’t the best ever, but it was fun. Using Nefaria as the main villain was a cool premise.

RAMMING SPIKES
If a wound is inflicted on another vehicle with Hit and Run, that vehicle receives one additional wound.

I’d make Ramming Spikes “another” Vehicle unless you want it to breakdown super fast against SS figures.

I dig the driver restriction.
