Huh, well just based off of the name I expected a power like that to be on the War Doctor not 9.

I'm still pondering on a Sassy power. Probably something called "Sass and Class".

I honestly associate Running with 10 more (maybe just cause he's so skinny and has a swooshy coat that looks cool when he runs?), but again I'm open for 9 having it or both having it.

War Doctor is going to be a complex one...he seems on the surface like he'd be the easiest to translate to Scape but I don't think he will be. He's not really very rage-y at all though. More grumpy.

If you can make a sassy power work, I'm all for it. I just can't imagine what that would look like.

Yeah if we did that, his base attack would be pretty low, like 2.

Except I wasn't saying that he is running, he is having his allies run which is 9 to a T. Sure 10 flits all over the place, but "RUN!" Is 9's catchphrase.

What if instead of moving Nine you could choose to move another figure you control? That seems Doctor-y. Honestly, Ventriloquist showed me that conditional movement boosts often just aren't super useful.

That was the intention with making the Companions into Sidekick-esque figures. Might be weird if you can move Rose on the Doctor's turn then take another turn with her.

Alternate idea;

STRONG PERSONALITY
You may only take a turn with the Doctor by revealing an Order Marker on this card. While there is a revealed Order Marker on this card, figures engaged with the Doctor cannot roll for leaving engagement attacks.

So not literally making other characters move, but giving Companions the chance to run to safety. Also captures some of the sassy/prickly personality.

You could also just add in a clause that figures can't move after they've "run";

After revealing an Order Marker on this card and instead of moving the Doctor, you may move any figure you control within X clear sight spaces of the Doctor. Figures moved with this special power cannot move again for the rest of the player turn.

Or just let them? I mean, if that's the main thing he's doing.

I could see making it so they can only move that player turn. Would really seek them running. Plus I was more talking of a passive type boost rather than a movement power, but that might be a better way to portray it.
