I went back and forth with range. His primary weapons are swords and nunchucks. But it is Clint, I believe he sometimes used a bow and definitely throwing stars.

Not exactly. He has to inflict a wound with the Nunchucks to get the extra attack, so he's probably only going to use the Nunchucks to bust up a crowd of common types, then leap to a juicy target to use the sword.

Stealth Leap 12 seems a bit unrealistic for an unenhanced Human. I'd probably go with Acrobatic Leap 6 instead. I just can't buy Hawkeye jumping to the top of a castle wall without any powers.

Also find it a tad uninteresting that he just get's 3 melee attacks in a turn even with a Leap in between. I might give him no base range (he's primarily a sword fighter), and change the special attack to represent throwing stars or something and just go with Close Combat Dexterity from the new Black Widow design. That would let him attack, use Acrobatic Leap then attack again. The throwing star attack could be something like Captain America's Shield Throw, but with an attack of 1-2 with skull doubling to represent the piercing aspect of the stars.

Bats and I did discuss Ninja and even Loner as classes, but there is a Luke Cage connection and to me he's not really a Ninja is he? I think assassin is wrong for him. It's like calling Punisher as assassin.

I like the idea of Acrobatic Leap 6. It probably fits better, as you said he is just a normal human. But so is Batroc the Leaper and he has stealth leap.

I hear what you are saying about the special attack but I do like the idea of the Nunchuck Whirlwind Attack, then a leap to normal attack too. But a ranged attack to leaping normal attack combo has merit as well. Something for me to think on.

Could always do a shorter Stealth Leap as well, like 8. Acrobatic Leap isn't bad as an option, though, and does have the built in disengage as well.

Batroc has the ability to jump as though he were an Olympian so I don't think that's a fair comparison. Leaping is his entire thing.

Batroc should have gotten into the NBA and not the whole villain thing.

(Acrobatic Leap or a shorter Stealth Leap makes sense. I'm leaning towards Acro, I rarely use Red Hood and it'll add a little uniqueness to Ronin since it's an uncommon power.)

The more I look the more I think a shorter stealth leap of 6 or 8 is better. Acrobatic leap changes the design a bit. It would take away the special attack, leap, normal double attack combo.
