C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I think the shaky ground here is if not all aquatic terrain ends up being water based.

I could see having terrain for Coral Reefs which are both dangerous and able to be stood upon off the top of my head.

I don't have a problem with that type of terrain feature still conferring water based bonuses/penalties. Their could be a lot of moisture trapped in something that's home state is usually submerged in water.

Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
