B. Just Yakuza just seems incredibly limited when we (afaik) don’t have any plans at all for future Yakuza.

Fine with either direction, but like what it would do to set apart the Ninjas from the Assassin builds, so I'm gonna say B, even if it does seem less thematically justified than just Yakuza.

B - as with johnny, I've just spent an age arguing why, so check back if you want. As Odysseus said, Yakuza at this stage may as well be calling out Masahiro by name, and there are no existing plans to expand their Class. Ninja has some deeply thematic options, and the ones who aren't just fall into 'Heroscape synergy is a bit weird at times' territory, which is part of the joy of the game, IMO.

B Ninja only, gives them a small expansion of use beyond one figure (protecting the 60 point Enforcers really isn't a good idea), works thematically for me (Yakuza and Ninja can run in the same East Asian Criminal circles), I like how if gives Ninja faction a bit of it's own identity (seems like much of their synergy is just them lumped in with Assassins), and I don't want to live in a world where Shredder can't infiltrate and subvert a Yakuza organization and become it's de facto leader. Kirgi also seems like one who could pull off such a stunt, but I don't know him as well.

I guess I prefer B in that I’ve never cared for Yakuza and Ninja is classes in the first place, but if they’re here might as well make them a bit more useful by hanging together on occasion.

Looks like B's have it. Hopefully that's not too much a turn-off for those who didn't like it. I'm open to more discussion if needed.

But otherwise, I propose we move to initial testing!
