My friend's weight gain advice

I've been losing alot of weight recently. Not by sitting on an exercise bike, but sitting at the computer. Lol. I'm not always hungry sometimes, so I don't always eat. I'm not intentionally not eating. My erratic sleep schedule probably doesn't help either, being that I sleep past various meals.





Guess what me friend's adice to gain weight is?! EXERCISE, YOU'LL GAIN MUSCLE MASS. DID YOU EVER SEE THOSE PROFESSIONAL BODY BUILDERS THAT WEIGH LIKE 200 POUNDS?

It's not too outrageous, seeing as muscle is heavier than fat (and most definitely heavier than neither). But to build muscle you need something to build it out of. Without a more regular and healthy eating schedule you'll just end up reshaping the muscle you already have and build little to no new muscle.

Not eating does not always equate to weight loss. And poor sleeping habits usually add to weight gain. I think you should see a doctor just to make sure you do not have an overactive thyroid or anything else wrong.

If it all checks out then someday you are going to wish you could do this again.
