Battle report-using the 'Random Draft Deck'

Hi, this is my first battle report, also it is my 2nd time posting, so it won't be as good as the other battle reports around. But it takes experience to get good battle reports written.
-----------------------------
I played a "random draft deck" game with the contents of RotV, SotM and BftU, plus 4 wilds. From the hand I got, I drafted Sgt. Drake Alexander (SotM), Raelin (SotM) and Airborne Elites. I saw what my opponent chose, a pure Marro army: Marro Stingers, Marrden Nagrubs, Tor-Kul-Na and Ne-Gok-Sa.
So we deployed, and I lost initiative.

She had her stingers kill half my Elites and tie up the rest. I tried a dash with Drake for the Glyph, but she immediately activated Tor-Kul-Na to block my path, gravely wounding my sergeant.

My objective was to escort Raelin to the exit on the other side of the map, so I had my 2nd activation on her to try and get to the exit. My opponent moved the Nagrubs to heal Tor-Kul-Na, just in case Drake is mad from the previous beating. My Elites lobbed grenades on the Stingers, but only managed to kill one.

The next round looked bad for me when I saw my opponent place 3 order tokens on Tor-Kul-Na. And she got initiative again...
I just watched as she turned over 1 on Tor-Kul-Na and made pancake out of Sgt. Alexander. Of course I had token 1 on him so I can attack back, but pancakes can't fight, unfortunately...
She revealed number 2 as Tor-Kul-Na again, and swiftly closed in on Raelin, blocking my path, and savagely beatening the Kyrie. Luckily I had my 2nd token on Raelin, moving as close to the exit as I can without leaving engagement, failing to attack.

3rd turn, I thought I was a goner, but realized her 3rd token was on Ne-Gok-Sa. I was happy, until it was my turn and she rolled a skull when Raelin tried to leave an engagement. My mission failed as the Kyrie was swatted to the mountain side like a fly as she turned around and tried to flee.
-----------------------------------
If you want to know where to get the 'Random Draft Deck', it's got a link on Truth's frontpage blog and on the 'similar threads' area down on this page.

Tell me how good my first report is and any tips on how to improve the report for future is appreciated. I did not take any photos while playing (no camera available). And yes I lost on round 2, and the round limit was 12...

The scenario was called "Under Tempest's Cover" from RotV book.

Yowch. That sounded...painful. Good battle report, though.

I've found that maps with particular scenarios lend themselves less to the RDD than straight battles because there are usually particular units you want in a scenario. For example, in this case, the scenario prevents Flying or the Drop, which hugely decreases the values of Raelin and the Airborne Elite.

By the way, you must have terrible luck - the rules say you add 12 to your initiative roll for the first round.

I wanted my elites to start on map to block enemy path anyway. The reason I failed to make Raelin quickly run during first round was the rain, which slowed Raelin enough that Tor-Kul-Na could block her.

And yes I remembered the +12. I rolled a 2 (which is 14), but my opponent rolled a 17.
