SUBTLE SUPER FEATS
At the start of each player's turn, you may choose a special power on the Army Card of the Kal-El drafted with Clark's Up, Up, and Away! special power. For this turn, Clark gains that special power. Once per round, at the start of your turn, you may take an immediate turn with Clark.

So when we left off, Bats was suggesting some kind of bonus for using U,U,A! to switch figures. Is there anything the faction would really like?

You may draft one other Kal-El figure that is not a Journalist. Start with this Kal-El on the battlefield. At the end of any round, if you do not control an engaged Kal-El on the battlefield, you may remove any Kal-Els you control from the battlefield and place a different Kal-El on any empty space on the battlefield within 3 clear sight spaces of another figure. After placing a Superman figure this way, you may choose one figure within 3 clear spaces of Superman and place the chosen figure on an empty space adjacent to Superman. Figures moved with this special power never take leaving engagement attacks. You may use Up, Up, And Away! even if Clark is destroyed.

Maybe something like that? Let's his grand entrance either rescue someone or bust up a pod? Figured it was slightly more interesting than an unblockable or something.

Looks solid, and it'll be a great pairing with Lois.

Looking at the wording again, I do think we need to echo Bruce more, just cause things could get real screwy real fast with a Crossover Kal.

I kinda liked having the potential for goofy switching back-and-forth hijinks, but doesn't seem like that'd be a competitively viable strat anyways.

If text space is getting to be an issue, Tag-Along Reporter could go? If he has the free bonding turn every round, that's probably enough to help him keep up with Lois.

Lois has Get The Scoop, which lets her move at the start of the round. Jimmy has Tag-Along, which lets him follow her or Clark. Jimmy can also teleport Clark with the signal watch, so that's another way Clark can stick with the group.

Definitely like switching to the one-way change on Up, Up and Away.

I'd consider cutting the stat-copying from Subtle Super Feats - makes it feel more 'subtle' to me but also just simplifies a lot.

Once per round, after revealing an Order Marker on an Army Card you control and before taking a turn with that card, you may choose a special power on the card of your other Kal-El and then take a turn with Kal-El, during which he gains the chosen special power.

I know it colors which Supermen you'd want to take him with, I guess the stat-copying was trying to avoid that? Idk though, it feels really weird to me for him to pick up 7-8 attack.

Gaining the move for super speed is kinda cool, but just gaining flying also adds to mobility, so I favor the simplified version.

I kinda dig "Clark uses extreme super strength to attack, but then plays it off somehow" as a trope-y power, but maybe that's just me.

Here's basically the powers that you'd pick to copy with each Kal-El (not including SS and Flying, since those are givens on all of them so far.)

That feels kinda limited to me, especially since it basically totally discounts Superman I, Superman JL, and Superboy is kinda unthematic to start with. But I can also definitely see the argument for simplicity, and if you're playing JL Superman with Clark, you're probably doing it wrong anyways.

Maybe it's something that you should let him use defensively as well since so many Superman powers are defensive ones? Wouldn't help JL Superman that much, of course, unless you put a JL Marker on Clark with Atom (which you could).
