Definitely one of the more reliable Utility Glyphs. There's really not many opportunities where you wouldn't want this on your Batman (or anyone lacking multiple attacks and/or range, but obviously that's a bit more random).

For sure. I almost always take this and the Emergency First Aid, and then choose the third one depending on maps and armies.
