No concerns here. Figure moving is part of the C3G metagame and there's no need to start freaking out about lava combos now unless you're about to go back and change dozens of other cards.

Just noting that Donatello can lose the gauntlet with any wound. Assuming that's intentional it's fine. Otherwise you could add the "cannot lose this glyph" language, or something halfway like Annihilus has.
