Sweet. This passes. Are we thinking a PDF here or just that the rules are short enough to be in the thread only? Any thoughts on formatting the OP?

If folks want to give the wording a final once over, that'd be appreciated. After that, I'm going to ask tickle to do the PDF as he volunteered and all (thanks!).

I'm working on cleaning up the OP based on the precedent of the Building Rules.
