500 point fun army
The group i play heroscape with uses house rules, one in which is we use 1055 point armies. Occasionally, we use 500 point armies for fun/quick games. I thought up a fun army that i was looking for some help with.
X4 Axegrinders of Burning Force 70 points per squad, 280 points X1 Darrak Ambershard 60 points X1 Migol Ironwill 110 points X1 Marro Warriors 50 points EDIT!!!!! I've been tinkering around with this army and made a few adjustments: X3 Axegrinders of Burning Force 70 points per squad, 210 points X1 Migol Ironwill 110 points X1 Marro Warriors 50 points X1 Finn the Viking Champion 80 points X1 Eldgrim the Viking Champion 30 points the only reason the viking champions are in there is to boost up Migol or the warriors if they really need it or Migol is dead Last edited by King_of_the_Marro; February 17th, 2010 at 04:05 PM.

Looks solid. Could have some issues against a mostly ranged army on a hilly map, but that's when you leave Migol and Darrak behind and rush in with the AoBF.

I would do with:
x4 Axegrinders x1 Migol x1 Krav Maga x1 Isamu I don't really like Darrak. He's weak and only has melee attacks, and I've played with the Drow a bit and Hide in Darkness doesn't work too often. And with the left over points, you can trade in for a better ranged unit: Krav Maga Selling: x3 Omicron Snipers, x3 Capuan Gladiators PM me if interested.

either or, the name was duplicated. if you please, could you focus on the critiquing of the army and not my accidently taking of a name?
