The figure used for this unit is a Pathfinder figure from the Beginner Box Heroes set. Its model number and name is Merisiel, Female Elf Rogue

SLIPPERY 6
If an opponent’s Squad figure moves adjacent to Elaria the Pale and onto a space where that Squad figure can end its movement, you may roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 6 or higher, Elaria the Pale may immediately move up to 4 spaces. Elaria the Pale will not take any leaving engagement attacks when moving with Slippery. Elaria the Pale can use this power only if she ends her Slippery move not adjacent to any enemy figures. You may not roll for Slippery more than once during any turn.

QUEEN OF THIEVES
After a tricky figure you control within 6 clear sight spaces of Elaria the Pale rolls the 20-sided die for a special power on its Army Card, you may add 1 to your die roll. Queen of Thieves does not affect Elaria the Pale.

-Rulings and Clarifications-

Q: Does QUEEN OF THIEVES help Tricky figures on trap rolls, Lava Field, etc.?

A: No, only for Special powers on their Army Cards.

Q: Does QUEEN OF THIEVES help squad figures outside the aura if there is a squad figure from the same Army Card within range of the aura?

A: No, only figures inside the Aura benefit from Elaria's bonus.

Q: After Elaria slips away using Slippery 6, can the figure which triggered it continue its movement?
A: Yes, assuming it still has movement left.

Q: Slippery 6 states that "You may not roll for Slippery 6 more than once during any turn." Can Slippery 6 be used when movement happens before, after, or more generally outside a turn, such as Gorillinator Movement Bonding, Jandar's Dispatch, or Orc Battle Rush?
A: Yes. The restriction that you may use Slippery 6 only once per turn only applies to movement that happens during a turn. You may roll for Slippery 6 every time an opponent’s squad figure moves adjacent to Elaria the Pale due to movement which does not occur during a turn.

Q: If a figure that is already engaged with Elaria moves around her, can this trigger Slippery 6?
A: Yes.

Q: If a figure that is already engaged with Elaria chooses to not move (move 0) but to attack, can this trigger Slippery 6?
A: No, because a figure which moves 0 did not move "onto a space" as required.

Quite a few of those figures don't have d20 abilities, superfrog. Also, you left out a few who do.

Why does Queen of Theives say "after" instead of the normal "anytime?" And shouldn't it be "Tricky figure" instead of "figure with a Tricky personality?" Both are official, but the first is cleaner...

Actually, that was our goal at first. But it turned out to have too many weird corner cases. Runa being the biggest one: Runa's card says you roll for each figure ... so when you make those rolls, are you rolling for Runa, or that particular figure? In the end, the simplest fix was to have the bonus attached to the card, not the figure.

Looking back at the history, that appears to be mostly accidental. The corner case I mention above actually came up in regard to Myrddin. Since we noted that it applied to Elaria as well, we made a conscious decision to give them the same wording. And the "after rolling" bit (which is a lot more crucial in Myrddin's case) just came along for the ride. So, in a sense, we're following our own precedent here.

Simple math on that one. "<personality> figure" is used only once; "figure [...] with a/who has a <personality> personality" is used 3 times. Typically we go with the mathematically superior precedent unless we have a compelling reason not to.

(EDIT: Also, "cleaner" is in the eye of the beholder. )

Elaria is my favorite of this Wave.

I think her points are balanced and she has some cool abilities. I like her synergy with Nakitas (helping both Smoke Power and Engagement Strike), though I think I'll have her in MicroCorp armies the most : )

Between Elaria and Myrrdin, a ton of d20 figures have gotten a ton of help. Both are great fighters themselves too. Dünd might have a use at last!
