Arkillo is strong. Sacrificing a Sinestro Corps Soldier to make the rest of your Yellow Lanterns & Sinestro Corps stronger can create an offensive juggernaut that is difficult to survive. Plus, Eviscerate is just nasty - it's a guaranteed wound and usually more. I find Eviscerate so useful that Arkillo is a great combo with White Lantern (Kyle) or Indigo-2 (Munk), even without any other Yellow Lanterns.

Arkillo's biggest weakness is how fragile he can be. 5 life & 6 defense is sturdy, but once he spends some battery markers that defense crumbles. Keep him in the back of your start zone if you're using Insurgent Motivation.
