Does that mean that if you only move two spaces, and don't move through anything (thus not using 'Burrow'), that it still gets the -2 to its attack?

Chant of Negation on a bunch of the Sand Goblins seems like a benefit!

I would think so. By moving at all the Sand Wyrn is using burrow even if the extra space isn't utilized. If he doesn't move, then you can take advantage of that huge attack.

Yes. Note that if Silts switches places with a sand wyrm it wouldn't lose any attack for it.

Yeah, but playing Silts and Sand Wyrm is a ton of magic

Also note that you can Taunt other commons into it, or Sandstorm units into it.
