I like the Net idea. What if you went with this for the bombs:

SUBTITLE = AUTO-WOUND

PERMANENT GLYPH
When the player who placed this Glyph next reveals an Order Marker or at the end of the round, destroy this glyph. When this glyph is destroyed, roll 1 unblockable attack die once for all adjacent figures, and any figure occupying this glyph receives 1 wound.
That way OM 1 gets an OM 2 Explosion, OM 2 gets an OM 3 Explosion, and OM 3 either gets an insta-explosion or explodes after your opponent's turn.

Spidey's idea is cool and creates interesting gameplay especially in the final turns of a round. I don't mind it being an automatic wound but if the effectiveness of when you can set the bomb off increases then perhaps a 100% wound is too much.

Still a bit stumped on how the bombs should play, I'm considering allowing Cyrax to destroy one on his turn(destroys one before moving, places one after moving type of thing) but I don't want to over stuff the wording on his card more than it already is. But for now, here's an updated Net and Self-Destruct Sequence.

I altered the net to not require the marker to be on Cyrax's card to be placed onto a different card. This allows the player controlling Cyrax to determine if there's a different figure he wants to try and lock down, freeing up the previous figure.

Lastly, modified Self-Destruct which didn't come up in my tests as it never really had an ideal use, and I also realized just how big of a counter draft mind controllers would be, essentially being able to move, toss a bomb down, then blow Cyrax and said bomb up.

This gives that tension factor of the timed explosive that could go off at any point, so you have to determine if it's worth risking stopping your movement next to one or not, or if you're netted it brings on a sense of impending doom. It also allows for a more consistent result once it does go off, so it's not something you take time setting up only for it to whiff once destroyed. And lastly, it makes Cyrax's Self-Destruct Sequence that much more prominent as it automatically sets them off.
