I'm pretty sure he's manipulated other killers into acting how he wanted, though. I think there was a bit like that in "Hannibal" the movie (it's been a while, though -- only saw it once and in the theater).

Agreed! I like him having synergy with lawmen.

Fairly certain he manipulated the killer in Red Dragon, though it's been a while since I saw it... I think manipulation is probably his defining trait, arguably even more so than cannibalism, making him an oddly 'realistic' depiction of a psychopath...

PSYCHOANALYSIS
When an opponent reveals a numbered Order Marker on the Army Card of a Slasher or Psychopath that opponent controls, if Hannibal is in your start zone, you may immediately move an Investigator, Lawman, or Slasher figure you control up to two spaces. Figures moved by Psychoanalysis will take any leaving engagement attacks.

I like that with this, it feels like he’s moving little human chess pieces around. It feels a bit more “manipulative.” I do think making it essentially a counterdraft against psychopaths and slashers may make it feel a bit weak though.

True. Maybe you could remove that restriction, and instead just make the power stronger against psychopaths and slashers (e.g move 4 spaces instead of 2, or move more than one figure).

NEGATIVE SPIRIT CONTROL
After revealing an Order Marker on the Host's Army Card, instead of taking a turn with the Host, you may take a turn with the Negative Spirit. The Negative Spirit may only attack, move, or take a turn in this manner.

I wanted a generic Negative Spirit that could be used for other negative hosts somewhere in the future, but it led to some awkward sharing of text between the two cards. There probably never will be another negative characters anyways, so it would probably be okay to change it around.

ELASTIC REACH
Elasti-Girl may add 2 to her range when attacking a figure whose base is no more than 6 levels higher than her height or 6 levels lower than her base.

PATROL RESCUE
Before moving Elasti-Girl, choose either a friendly figure adjacent to Elasti-Girl, or up to 2 friendly Troubled figures adjacent to Elasti-Girl. After you move Elasti-Girl, place the chosen figure adjacent to Elasti-Girl. Troubled figures placed with this special power will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

GIANT DEFENSE
When rolling defense dice against a normal attack from a figure that is not Huge, if you roll at least one shield, the most wounds Elasti-Girl can take from this attack is one.

SUPER STRENGTH

Elasti-Girl can change her size at will, but for this version I kept her at giant. I had an old write-up that could do both, but once Stature was released, mine just seemed like an inferior version of that.

MENTO HELMET
Start the game with the Glyph of Mento Hemlet on this card. If the Glyph of Mento Helmet is not on this card, Mento subtracts 4 from his range and 2 from his attack, and he cannot use any other special power on this card. Mento cannot lose the Glyph of Mento Helmet by receiving wounds unless he is destroyed.

PROGRESSIVE PARANOIA
After taking a turn with Mento, if he used any special power on his army card this turn, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 1-7, place a purple Insanity Marker on this card or, if there are already three Insanity Markers on this card, choose an opponent to take control of Mento. Remove all Order Markers from this card, then give this card to the chosen opponent.

INTANGIBILITY
Mento can move through all figures and obstacles such as ruins, and is never attacked when leaving an engagement. Mento cannot be targeted by opponents' non-adjacent figures for any attacks or for any opponents' special powers that require clear sight.

8 tall is correct, yes. Just taller than Trigon.

Btw, in her carry power, you can save a ton of text by just saying she can carry "up to 2" friendly figures.
