Well, when the two are together and adjacent, Kyle cannot be attacked, and you have two ways to keep your Construct alive; Kyle's Sustained Willpower and Kyle's Green Power Shield. Then with all orders on Kyle, you have great OM management on Kyle so that you can go between using the two and have Kyle as back up when the Mech falls.

Kyle is gonna be NASTY when we create some new Constructs.

The first time I played with Kyle and the Construct in a playtest I put the Construct in a non-adjacent spot to get height and he was destroyed next turn without doing anything at all... which kind of soured me.

But then I nailed him next to Kyle and just constantly pounded on - Red Skull, was it? - with Double Attack, and the thing WOULD NOT GO DOWN. So, needless to say, if you play conservatively with the Mech, he's tough to beat.

You can really frustrate your opponent by getting Kyle and his Mech in their start zone real fast. It is a great opening move because it upsets their strategy by creating panic. It is kind of a fear move honestly.... holy crap that gives me a good idea for a Yellow Construct.

I figure eventually, as more Constructs are released, all of the Lanterns are going to need an update to the "current Green Constructs include" format. But for now, they're all set.
