I've been reading the Abnett/Lanning Heroes For Hire after having read the first issue like forever ago. Misty leads as a handler for a variety of different super operatives. It usually opens with the line: "Hello hero, this is Control, are you for hire?"

Also we really need Misty and Colleen.

HEROES FOR HIRE
Start the game with 3 black Investment Markers on this card. Before taking a turn with Misty Knight, you may remove an Investment Marker or Order Marker from this card and place it on the card of a Unique Fighter or Mercenary you control. If you do, you may immediately take a turn with that figure.

TACTICAL SURVEILLANCE
When rolling for initiative, you may add 3 to your roll for each Order Marker on this card.

CYBERNETIC ENHANCEMENTS
When Misty Knight attacks an adjacent figure, add 1 to her attack value. When Misty Knight attacks a non-adjacent figure, that figure may not receive any extra defense dice from height advantage, destructible objects, Shadow Tiles, or being adjacent to Jungle Pieces.

She should be a great go-between for Luke Cage and Silver Sable. The classes in first power also grab most of the folks she has worked with.
The second power works with the first, off Oracle (her role is very similar in that series).
The last power is for her Bionic Arm (from KGBeast), I probably would have used Cybernetic Southpaw, but it's her right arm and also she's had some upgrades on it (energy blasts, forcefields, whatever the writer wants to add every once in awhile). I also went Cyborg cause of that and because she's referred to as such, but I could see species still being human.

After revealing an Order Marker and after taking a turn with Colleen Wing or Misty Knight, you may move Colleen or Misty, and attack with the figure that you did not choose.

HARNESSED CHI
Once per round, after taking a turn with Colleen Wing, you may reveal an X Order Marker on this card and remove one Wound Marker from this card.

Vega does not take leaving engagement attacks. After Vega rolls defense against an adjacent figure, ignore one of the wounds he would receive and immediately move him up to 2 spaces.

Nice, Claw and Mask is really cool! I'd maybe add a height limit to Flying Barcelona so he can't leap over buildings or mountains, unless he can actually fly?

After attacking with this special attack, Chun-Li may attack the same figure 3 additional times. When defending against this attack, the defending figure subtracts 1 from their defense for each previous attack made with this special attack this turn that rolled at least 1 skull. INTERPOL TEAM-UP

When Chun-Li or her Partners roll attack or defense dice against their Perp, you may roll one additional die.

COMBO CHOREOGRAPHY
If Chun-Li inflicts at least 1 wound on a figure she is engaged with, that figure cannot move this turn whilst still engaged with Chun-Li. After attacking on her turn, once per turn, she may either:

Updated my Chun-Li design a bit. Not sure if the Perp mechanic is worth keeping and just sticking to the Partner stuff, since she'll often be up against class based armies.

RAT SWARM CONTROL
After revealing an Order Marker on this card and taking a turn with Ratcatcher, if he did not attack this turn, you may choose up to 3 Rat Swarms you control within 6 clear sight spaces of Ratcatcher. One at a time, take a turn with each chosen Rat Swarm, during which it adds 1 to its Attack number and cannot use the Swarm Movement special power.
