Character Bio - Pietro Django Maximoff is a Mutant with the ability to move at supersonic speed. Raised by gypsies with his twin sister, Wanda (Scarlet Witch), Pietro and Wanda had a relatively happy childhood until their family was brutally murdered. The twins spent the next few years on the move as their Mutant powers developed. One day, Wanda accidentally set a house on fire with her Mutant power and they were subsequently attacked by locals. Fortunately, they were saved by a fellow mutant named Magneto. Feeling as though they owed Magneto, they reluctantly joined the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. Pietro, now named Quicksilver, never approved of the Brotherhood's terrorist type tactics, but refused to leave his sister. Eventually, Magneto was taken by the Stranger and the twins left the Brotherhood and joined the Avengers. As Avengers, they became primary members of its second generation of heroes and, along with Captain America and Hawkeye, were known as the Kooky Quartet. Unfortunately, Quicksilver's arrogant demeanor often got him into trouble with the Avengers and he spent many stints away from the team.

• Q: Quicksilver is engaged with both my opponent's Batman and Superman, who are on adjacent spaces. We are all on the same level. Can Quicksilver use his Whirlwind Vortex Special Attack against Superman while passing through Batman?
• A: Yes. Quicksilver's Superspeed power allows him to pass through figures. Quicksilver never leaves engagement with Superman as he whirls around him, even while passing through the space that Batman occupies, and should roll the full 7 dice if he ends up back on the space he started on.
• Q: What is the maximum amount of dice Quicksilver can throw for his special attack?
• A: It maxes out at 7, because he can move onto a total of 6 spaces during the turn. The space he starts out on can be moved onto as part of this attack, because he did not move onto it at the beginning of his turn, he just started there.
• Q: How does the defending figure know if he has height advantage against Quicksilver's special attack?
• A: The defending figure determines height advantage from the space on which Quicksilver ends his move.

-Strategy, Tactics and Tips-

• Note the difference between occupying a space and moving onto a space. Given a flat elevation and the ability to start your movement already adjacent to the enemy, Quicksilver should be able to throw up to seven dice for his special attack! (Not always easy to accomplish, though!).

Quicksilver may move through all figures, never takes leaving engagement attacks, and does not have to stop his movement when entering water spaces. After taking a turn with Quicksilver, if he did not use his Whirlwind Vortex Special Attack this turn, he may move up to an additional 4 spaces.

WHIRLWIND VORTEX SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 1. Attack 1 + Special.
Instead of moving and attacking normally, choose an adjacent figure to attack. Move Quicksilver up to six spaces before attacking. Quicksilver may not move onto the same space twice, and he must remain adjacent to the chosen figure for the entire move. Add 1 die to Quicksilver's attack for each space he moved onto during this Whirlwind Vortex Special Attack.

Who's moving, Quicksilver or the defender?

As a side: Was Kang the fastest figure through the C3G (that wasn't intentionally rushed through, ala Echo)?

Better but still not quite clear in interpretation. What about this:

I think Anti-Monitor actually went through faster.

1. Unimpressive & little detail.
2. Better detail, face looks a bit "ganky" & the situational reference is a bit blah.
3. Ok just the colour seems a bit too much.
4. Great except the lack of background, & the fact that it is wider than it is tall.
