Incorrect. You choose after revealing each OM on Power Skrull.

How does this line work?

Instead of moving or attacking with Power Skrull, you may move or attack with the chosen figure.

Does it allow you to replace only one of your actions with only one action from the chosen figure? Or can you replace both of your actions with actions from the chosen figure? Could I attack with the chosen figure instead of moving Power Skrull, then move with the chosen figure instead of attacking with Power Skrull? Or attack twice with the chosen figure instead of moving or attacking with Power Skrull?

I was trying to save on some wording space, but maybe @Dr. Jekyll can tell me if it still works fine spacing wise with the original wording for that line added back in.

DUPLICITOUS SCHEMES
After revealing an Order Marker on this card, instead of taking a turn normally, you may choose a Unique Criminal or Skrull Hero you control. Instead of moving with Power Skrull, you may move the chosen figure, or instead of attacking with Power Skrull, you may attack with the chosen figure. At the end of the turn, if the chosen figure attacked but did not inflict a wound on an enemy figure, roll an unblockable attack die against the chosen figure.

How's this look? Not seeing the instead of a normal turn stuff as needed, and I think this version makes it clear that you either get to do a move phase for move phase replacement or you get to do an attack phase for attack phase replacement.
