I am adding anyone who responds to this thread to the directory. I'm not actively looking for NC scapers in other threads. If I happen to see one I will drop them a PM directing them to this thread.

PM me with any info that needs to be updated (or removed)

Also added is your Jedi or Sith tag. For more info check out this post: http://www.heroscapers.com/community...&postcount=652

I'm 27 and I live in the Durham area.

Who else is in NC? Where? How old are you?

I'm 22, and have a bunch of friends my age with me in ChE at NCSU that play regularly when not drowning in schoolwork.

I'm in Greensboro and there's a group of us that play, we're all around 30ish. You should get in on our next NC SHASS tourney which will probably be in January.

For those about to scape, we salute you.

I'm 25 and live in Wake Forest, I've been busy getting my freinds into HS lately. They range from 18 to 30, and I'm trying to get them up to par. They are all learning the basic game, I'm hoping to move them up to master soon. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that Christmas is good to me.

I'm 35 and in Apex. I have been trying to get to one of the NC SHASS events to play with the likes of AmishB and Noodles but haven't been able to make it thus far. I am determined to make it in Jan!

There is a gaming store nearby in Cary that has tons of table space that may be a good loction for a future event. My boys and I (I have 3 sons that love to play) reserved some tables there and played once and it has great atmosphere.

I will keep an eye out down this way (Garner Walmart, Cary Walmart, Cary Toys R Us) and you keep an eye in Durham for Wave 6 and keep each other posted. Amish and Aural have been nice enough to let me know when sets/waves are out too. Amish even hooked me up with my first castle set.

Let the hunt for Wave 6 begin!!!!

I was EyeOfSauron back in the day.
Now I'm Mythic.

I've gone a little overboard trying to find wave 6. No luck though.

Here's where I've looked:

Hillsborough Super Wal-Mart -Called today
New Hope Commons Wal-Mart Durham- last night
Roxboro Road Wal-Mart in Durham (a few days ago)
Briar Creek Super Wal-Mart Durham/Raleigh - Today
Walmart further down Glenwood in Raleigh (a few days ago)
Cary Wal-Mart - Called today

I checked the Target at birar creek too and they didn't have any expansions at all.

I've been going as they bring the pallets from the back at night. The guy at Hillsborough Wal Mart said they got some expansions and someone was very excited and bought them all but the employee didn't know what it was.

Hey Hogg, EyeofSauron and auralerogony!

I too have a heroscape addiction and a lot more free time this semester. I play mainly with the NCSU people in Raleigh but have played a few times with the Greensboro folk (good people). I'm hoping to scape a lot more this semester, but i think 3 of the local hardcore scapers will be destracted by the new world of warcraft expansion - so I definately want to start playing with other scapers in the area too.

We should get together some weekends and play a bit. Maybe we could play at that game shop Eye of Sauron was talking about? Does it cost anything to reserve a space and where is it exactly?

Oh, and for the wave 6 hunt...

I've checked about 7 different Walmarts off and on in the area and only found 1 whole set of wave 6 in the Cary Walmart a few weeks ago.

I'll let you guys know if I find anything else.
