Virtual Scape (High Quality Problem)

I've been using Virtual Scape for quite a long time... and recently, I'm noticing that when I go to click on the 'high quality' icon, it's grayed out. I can't figure out for the life of me why this is happening. It did it yesterday, but then started to work again.

I've taken a few shots this morning and now when I try to do it again on another map, it's grayed out again.

Is this a common problem anyone is aware of?

Are you sure that you checked the shadow icon ?
Because if the shadow icon is not checked then you can't create high quality view.
