Making a Water Mat

I have talked to my local printer and he has quoted me a price for a 30" x 40" custom mat in blue with black outlined hexes on it.

1st question - What do you think of the size? Once I decide on the size, he can make lots of them (also in green or brown). I will check to see if it is a wave-ish pattern or just ocean blue.

2nd question - the material he would make it from would be thin styrene. This is the material you would get a small for sale sign or no trespassing. It would roll.

the cost would be $71 plus $15 shipping from Michigan if we made more than 20 (price drops by about $5 if over 50).

I will probable get them for myself at around $80. Just checking to see if anyone else is interested and get comments about the size. I will post updates about color, size and price as we move forward.

If we can find it, we will combine! Do you remember the material you looked at? I did ask if vinyl banner material would be better.
