I'm totaling up the quanity and sizes now .... Keep signing up - If you think there is more than a 50% chance of coming please add your name an sirt size to the list :

1. Everyone who has their name and size on the list will get the size they requested.

2. For folks who only have their name only on the list they will have a shirt but will get choice of the sizes that are left.

3. For anyone who is not on list and shows up...may or maynot get a shirt, I will have a few extra shirts but will have to take what ever size is left.

Note: Please do not alter the numbering on this thread - just take the next number in line and remember what number or approximate number you were if possiable....it will make it things go smoother at registration. Thank you.

Ok, I posted this awhile ago, but I think it sort of went unnoticed. I now have more information on the subject anyway .

The german student coming to live with us, Lukas Kötte, will be coming next Wednesday. He will be staying with us for three weeks, and at the end of the school year, I get to do the same thing with him - live with him for three weeks. It's part of a school program my school has been doing for a couple of years, and I am now old enough to participate.

Long story short, he will be here during the time of Tree Town Open, which either means hes going to come with us, or none of us (my dad, myself, and Lukas) will come at all.

But you can add him to list . I think it will be a good "American" expirence for him, and my hope is that he will want to go. His shirt size is M.

Bring him along, it will be a good experience for him while he is here. Just make sure you play several games with him before hand so he has a good grasp of the rules.

Thanks for the update...we should be good either way. I've ordered 76 shirts and I got extra of most sizes, a couple of these extra shirts were size Medium. I alread had you and your dad on the list before the order. I've gotten a some e-mails from other Heroscapers since then it we have 69 or 70 pre-register now so I think there is a good chance we may hit 60 or more players again this year . This number of players really helps make this event fun and I hope worth coming to. However I need to take inventory of the prizes as I may have to scamble to get a few more for both the lower table and top prize table... shirt wise I am sure we are good.

Hope you make it down and and have a safe trip. I hear Hwy 22 has been resurfaced now (it needed it) but I have not been on it it since the work.

Wouldn't it be even greater if ALL the pre-registrees showed up?
