The Book of Aqualad (Kaldur'ahm)

All you have to do is start a Titans Go turn with Raven adjacent to at least one other Titan/Sidekick that has at least one wound and then absorb a wound or two and fire one of them out at a hard to hit enemy/an enemy you can finish. Then send an amped up Starfire out to hit enemies a number of times based on however many wounds Raven has left, and follow up with Nightwing. It's really the complementing strengths of those three (which both Arsenal and Aqualad add to).

Now if you just go at Raven instead of anyone else, you're keeping Starfire powered up and Raven is still firing a Soul Self wound at you once a round. And unless you have wounding powers or multiple attacks, it's going to take a bit to wear down Raven due to Magical Defense and the healing Soul Self provides.

Probably get about 11 attack activations per round on average if playing a Nightwing, Raven, Starfire, Arsenal core. 8 if nobody is wounded. More if anyone has multiple wounds.

I often put OM3 on Raven, it means if you attack her at all during the round and fail to destroy her before OM3 is revealed, she's going to for sure deal 1W to someone on your team. Since you can only deal 1W to her per attack, that often means you are only hurting yourself by attacking her.

But if you attack her allies, you'd better finish them off, or she'll just transfer their wounds to her, send one back at you, and power up Starfire.

Btw, in terms of attack efficiency for a round, I'm pretty sure Titans Go + Starfire's multiple attacks + Arsenal beats out most builds. Fantastic Four and original X-Men for instance, unless Cyclops and Beast are getting multiple targets (then it's more even).

I'm pretty happy with the wording. Water Affinity is a re-use from Mera, and Lightning Shock is based on the Lightning Bolt spell. Young Justice treads new ground I believe.

YOUNG JUSTICE
After revealing an Order Marker on this card and taking a turn with Aqualad, you may move up to X other Titan or Sidekick heroes you control who have not moved this player turn, where X is the number of Order Markers on this card.

WATER AFFINITY
Aqualad does not stop his movement when entering water spaces. Add 2 dice to Aqualad's attack while he is within 2 spaces of a water space.

LIGHTNING SHOCK SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 4. Attack 4.
Androids and Cyborgs roll 1 fewer defense die when defending against this special attack. Figures occupying water spaces subtract 1 shield from whatever is rolled when defending against this special attack. Aqualad may only use this special attack once per round.

Tornado asked that earlier, yep. Kaldur uses magic for the lightning (he went to the same school as Tempest), and traditionally "magical" lightning affects figures with Electrically Charged. (That's the C3G precedent, anyway.)
