• Q: If Forge uses the Replicator to copy the Glyph of Smilex does he get the same benefits as an Insane character equipped with the card? Or would that make him unable to hold the Replicator?
  
  A: He's not equipping the Smilex glyph, just using its special power, so there's no problem with him not being Insane.
  
  Q: If you were to use the Replicator on the Infinity Gauntlet, would that mean you could use all the specials of the gems if they are part of the gauntlet already?
  
  A: No. The gems powers aren't part of the Infinity Gauntlet glyph and the Replicator glyph only allows you to replicate the power on the glyph. But it certainly would allow you to gain the Infinity Gauntlet's power with which you can then capture the powers of any gems still available on the battlefield.

Before taking a turn with this figure, you may choose an equipment glyph on the card of a figure within 4 clear sight spaces or an equipment glyph that is power-side up within 4 spaces of this figure. Roll the 20-sided die, adding 4 to the roll if this figure is a Genius, Inventor, Scientist, or has a Brilliant personality. If you roll 8 or higher, this glyph has all the special powers of the chosen glyph for the remainder of this figure's turn.

What exactly do you want us to comment on? You only posted the glyph's power text.

The last line versus all those choices in a sequence with or.

Honestly, I have never thought "refers to this figure or this card" etc. wording was necessary, as players should know exactly how to use those powers without that text.

With that said, I think that our precedent is set, and a change would be resisted by several Heroes, including Bats upon his return.
