I'd hope any exclusives would be repaints. Basically, Black Spidey or Grey Hulk.

If they're going to do Mr. FixIt, they really need to put him in a suit :P

and Black Spidey with the rough web lined look would be a little odd as well.

War Machine needs his multi-missle launcher on his shoulder... hmmm....

well, I'd rather they just do a paintjob without the accessories you might like than do an entirely new, impossible to get figure. :P
Yeah, USA Agent, Plaid Surfer (this is real?), and War Machine are other examples.
Oooh, or a Doombot! That would be cool.
