I like more Champion utility. The Kryptonian call out still makes her a Superman/Supergirl ally primarily.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Softer tweak, but you could also do something like:

Once per player turn, instead of attacking with a Unique Hero that is a Champion or Refugee, you may move Wonder Woman and then, if that Hero was a Kryptonian, attack with Wonder Woman.
Still pretty heavily favors Kryptonians, but gives her a little bit of utility with other folks in a mixed build.

I suppose with her defensive offering that opens up some options for crossover, yeah. I think that'd be a simple enough tweak to not need extra testing either.

So I popped in for a quick check-in, and realized this never actually got proposed for Public Testing, which is probably evidence of stress and the need for the break I was taking this weekend. I'll bump this to the bottom of the list, because my fault, I should have double checked that that step happened. No idea why I didn't do it after the initial was wrapped.

I propose this for Public Testing.
