Yeah. Honestly probably not a bad thing to update her card to say negated to keep consistent, but definitely not something I'm worried about in the slightest.

I'd actually support that change to Wonder Woman - no reason to have different versions of "stop doing that" wordings around, particularly when we're now making designs based on that. Or at least FAQ that "can't use" is equivalent to "negate."

I feel like "can't be negated" is kind of a weird power to have, but I do really like the symmetry with Nightwing's "can't have stats reduced" bit, so I have no objections!

General Flow:
R1: Advance uneventful.
R2: Flamebird and Krypto take off, getting a wound on Iron Fist with Sonic Bark. Krypto takes 2 from the combined efforts of Shang Chi and Luke Cage.
R3: Kryptonian initiative. Trapdoor switches Flamebird and Zatanna, and Flamebird converges on Iron Fist. She fails to hit (and sends the X to Superboy), but Z puts 4 wounds on the whiffing fighter. Iron Fist rolls 5 skulls, but Z supports Flamebird to 3 shields and a blank so she only takes 1. Flame Bird kills Fist and puts 1 on Cage. X marker revealed to shuffle the high ground fighters via Livewire and Krypto. Krypto finally falls to Cage after Daredevil fails. Superboy supplements Flamebird’s hit to put 1 on Cage. Then he puts one on Cage. Shang Chi and Cage try to gang up Z to no avail, dealing only 1 wound.
R4: Flamebird trapdoors with Z, putting 1 on Cage, and Z (with a SB move) puts 1 on Daredevil. Daredevil puts a wound on Superboy and Cage kills Zatanna. Flamebird kills Cage and hurts Shang Chi. DD fails to hurt SB.
R5: FB hits Chi. Jessica fails to hit SB, and only finds OM 3. She puts 1 on Shang Chi. She takes 5 from Shang Chi after 2 defensive whiffs. She kills Shang and fails to do enough to DD. She whiffs again on defense to die to DD.
R6: Jessica whiffs and takes 3 wounds from Livewire. Jessica doesn’t hit SB, but finds the X finally. Livewire fails to hurt Jessica even with SBs help, so he takes the 3 marker. He however gets to attack, killing Jessica. DD puts 3 on Livewire, but can’t finish the job with his unblockable. DD again negates 3 wounds from SB. DD kills them both.
R7 and R8: Kelex gets no wounds with his defense protocols. He hilariously survives like 6 attacks from Daredevil before dying.
General thoughts: Trying to steer into Kryptonian stuff for her, and lots of moving to get some extra attacks from Livewire. Turns out she really really likes Superboy, as he can easily get himself wounded which draws some of the fire off of her, getting her powered up. Close game here that was probably down to those big attacks Daredevil survived.

Unit Summary:

R3 T1: Takes 1 from Iron Fist after failing to hit.
R3 T2: Flames of Krypton (+2 from Krypto) rolls all skulls and kills Iron Fist, then hurts Cage for 1.

General Flow:
R1: Chimp finds the 3. Fast advance from both sides. Kryptonians take out 2 apes, and suffer no injuries in the process.
R2: Chimp finds the 3 again and the apes lead, putting 2 on a Soldier. Thara and the soldiers continue their advance, with Thara dropping 3 GCW and hitting Mikhlo. Grodd mind controls Thara into killing the previously wounded soldier.
R3: Chimp finds the 2. 2 wounds get put on a Soldier. A few GCW go down by the hands of the Soldiers, and Zod moves up as Flamebird doesn’t accomplish anything.
R4: Chimp finds the 2 again, but this time Kryptonians lead. A Soldier is killed. Remaining soldier sneaks back and puts an auto on Solovar to weaken the other Apes. Zod arrives, and puts 2 on Grodd. Another GCW gets killed.
R5: Chimp finds the 1. Kryptonians lead. Zod puts 2 on Grodd after a Soldier wounds Solovar. Grodd fails to hurt Zod, but controls him into putting 3 wounds on Flamebird (defensive whiff). Zod takes 2 wounds from a GCW who rolled 6 skulls. He then kills Grodd after a soldier kills a GCW. Zod whiffs against Mikhlo and dies.
R6: Chimp finds the X, neutralizing him for the round. Mikhlo and the GCW finish off Flamebird. Gorilla City doesn’t do much else (nor does Kryptonians, as this was a fairly initiative dependent round).
R7: Chimp finds the 3 on Zatanna, and Gorilla City takes the initiative for the round. Zatanna is killed on the throw. The final soldier puts a wound on Solovar. GCW start tearing into him.
R8: Chimp again finds the 3, as the remaining GCW shred the soldier.

General thoughts:

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: She’s also feeling in the ballpark. 2 losses, but they felt like they could have gone either way. Unfortunately disappointing trend across like 3 straight Flames of Krypton rolls, but still, it was cool to see the destructive potential there.

General Flow:
Relatively quick game. The JSAers struggle to take on the Kryptonians with their defensive boosts, which is fair given the estimated point difference. Kryptonian pair struggle a bit more because repositioning can cost them their bonus attacks. The shadow boost definitely was big here, as it made 3 rolls into successes, one of which removed an OM from Liberty Belle that ended the game.
General thoughts: Reducing the Shadow Telekinetics Range down to 2 spaces at this point. 5 is a real big aura.

Who won and how many wounds did they have? Kryptonians win. 2 wounds on Nightwing, 1 on Flamebird.

This was much more in the Kryptonians favor, as I let it play more to their strengths as they held the bridge and used Nightwing out front. Really wasn’t much of a way to get them off, as neither team had a range of more than 4. 1 round where both Barda and Miracle botched on Nightwing really cost them as Flamebird was able to start going crazy with a full charged Flames of Krypton.

Who won and how many wounds did they have? Flamebird and Nightwing win. 3 wounds on Nightwing, 2 on Flamebird. Kelex unwounded and unused.

R3: Wrecker gets 1 on Superboy. He goes down, and Bulldozer starts taking hits. Thunderball tries to bust the pod, but really only manages to hurt SB, and his ally. This does set Bulldozer up to charge and kill Superboy.
R4: Kryptonians lead, but Bulldozer charges in and takes out Nighting, losing remaining Order Markers.
R5: Thara manages to kill Bulldozer, but dies to Thunderball.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: I dig how they play. Not as straight forward as folks like Barda and Miracle, since you have to strategize your positioning some. They lost both games here, but I feel that comes down to some real bad rolling from me. Gonna post the changes that happened and when, then we can move forward.

Solo tests done, gonna plan to move on to joint tests with Nightwing now. They're definitely in the ballpark, with Flamebird likely a little higher due to the Flames of Krypton potential.

Before attacking with this special attack, you may choose one other Kryptonian Hero you control within 4 clear sight spaces of Flamebird. Roll 1 additional die for each Wound Marker on that figure's card, to a maximum of three additional attack dice. If Flamebird destroys a figure with this Special Attack, she may attack one additional time.

KRYPTONIAN DEFENSE
When rolling defense dice against a normal attack from a figure that is not a Kryptonian, if at least one shield is rolled, all blanks rolled count as extra shields.
