Okay... I'm genuinely kind of intrigued not only that you guys feel we need a v4 (arguably v5, seeing as Superboy (Kal-El) is essentially young, inexperienced Superman with Legion synergies), but also that you feel we need one so soon after the last one.

I may... it'll probably still be a little while before this is viable, but it's in sight now. I'm hoping to start doing tests by the end of next month at the latest, probably earlier. (Though I'm not sure if this guy's top priority for me anyway - I don't like Superman at all, though, as I said, it has that curio factor.)

Honestly, I don't know when I'm going to be able exactly, though, as I said, it should be soon now. I'm also not confident enough that I'll be able to maintain a consistent pace that I want to try the Danger Room - at least, not to start with.

Yeah, if this guy is Kal-L instead of Kal-El then he's the earth 2 version (pre new 52) and will tie into the JSA. And yeah, he's about the thousandth JSA figure.
life's short, why not make an impact on the world? make some peoples lives better, have a few good laughs, and then when it's all over go out with BANG!
