Could be, but we don't really narrow the cost down until after the other 2 playtests are done. I had some less than impressive army tests with him because he didn't Evade enough, but that's something that could happen to Flash with the same defense/power. Though vs. Lex in HH tests, Flash Evaded forever, but I guess that's because he's the good guy.

Yep - that's the intention, actually! Lots of small attacks, just like Flash, but with a slightly different mechanic.
