After revealing an Order Marker on this card and instead of attacking with this White Martian, for each White Martian you control you may choose a figure within 3 spaces of that White Martian. You may choose the same or different figures for each White Martian you control. Roll the 20-sided die separately for each chosen figure, subtracting 4 from the roll if the chosen figure is a Telepath. If you roll 14 or higher, the chosen figure receives one wound. Figures with the Mental Shield special power and destructible objects are not affected by Mass Psychic Assault.

INTANGIBILITY
This White Martian can move through all figures, Fortress Walls, and obstacles, and is never attacked when leaving an engagement. This White Martian cannot be targeted by opponents' non-adjacent figures for any attacks or for any opponents' special powers that require clear sight.

FIRE WEAKNESS
If this White Martian is on a lava field space, he rolls 2 fewer defense dice and 2 fewer attack dice.

No. That is only if you use this power would that line apply.

But the power 'activates' every time an OM is revealed on any White Martian's Army Card. You are 'using' the power (since it's a 'may' power), even if you don't choose a figure for a particular WM.

Replace "this White Martian" with "White Martian 1", "White Martian 2", etc.

Let's say you have 3 WMs.

An OM is revealed on any WM's card.

You may choose a figure within 3 spaces of this White Martian (White Martian 1) and roll the 20-sided die . . . This White Martian (White Martian 1) may not attack this turn.

You may choose a figure within 3 spaces of this White Martian (White Martian 2) and roll the 20-sided die . . . This White Martian (White Martian 2) may not attack this turn.

You may choose a figure within 3 spaces of this White Martian (White Martian 3) and roll the 20-sided die . . . This White Martian (White Martian 3) may not attack this turn.


You still 'use' each Sentinel's Mutant Detection special power, even if there is no Mutant to detect for a particular Sentinel.

The first comic option is the best.

I like the design as is, and the only thing that may warrant change IMO, would be the D20 roll, and that is something that can only be decided in the playtesting.

Not much to say here. Two of the powers are obviously re-uses from Martian Manhunter and the third is pretty straightforward.

Just so I am clear, I reveal an OM on any WM then I choose any figure within 3 spaces of any WM I control to roll for the wound on?

Since they're uncommon heroes, when you reveal an OM on any of them, the power can activate for all of them. So each of them gets to choose a target and roll the D20. (Thus the "network.") So, for instance, you could have 5 of them for 1,000 points, if you've worked the battlefield correctly, all with a shot to put a wound on Superman one at a time.
With a hot D20, Superman could be taken out on an initiative switch that way.
Of course, that requires a lot of things to line up properly and go your way ... But hopefully that helps illustrate how the power works.
