Character Bio - "Irene Adler was born in Salzburg, Austria. Mystique was working as a consulting detective when Destiny sought her help in understanding the precognitive visions recorded in her diaries. During this time, the two fell in love. Background details suggest that this meeting took place around 1900. (Destiny) was more accurate in predicting near-future events concerning her present environment. In a period of 12 months during her adolescence, Irene had produced 13 volumes of prophecies concerning the late 20th and early 21st centuries. When that period ended, Irene was left physically blind and haunted by disturbing images of uncertain meaning (...) Mystique and Destiny formed the second Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, a group of ideologically-motivated terrorists. She attempted to assassinate Senator Robert Kelly with a crossbow, but was thwarted by the X-Men and taken into custody" (wikipedia.org).

A nice addition to the Outcasts. I like how the automatic skull and 1 attack get across the theme that she's blind and is using her precognition to shoot at people. It seems you've toned her down quite a bit from the last write-up version I saw, but I like this lower cost version just as much.

When Destiny attacks a non-adjacent figure within 5 clear spaces, add 1 automatic skull to whatever is rolled.

I don't think that line is needed since her range is 5 anyways. And even if a glyph or power were to enhance it one day, I wouldn't mind it one bit, as long as it was non-adjacent, which is covered.

Yeah, the Book of Destiny does sound pretty tight, doesn't it? I'm glad you guys are digging the direction here. She's pretty straightforward, but I think she'll really give the Brotherhood another big boost.

Just a quickie...

How about letting her add +3 to the initiative roll as well, or something like:
Once per game, before rolling for initiative, remove one (unrevealed) order marker from Destiny´s card to automatically win initiative.

I prefer to NOT go this route. I don't want her to feel like a cheap glyph that any army could buy and use. I much prefer her to work exclusively with mutants, and even better with Outcast Mutants.

Now get out!
