Yes. Bring a pre-made 600pt All Unique army.
No. You will not be able to switch cards or units at any time.

If you and your opponent have the same unit, just try and keep track of which is which... You can always mark the bottom of your base with a sticker or marker.

Let me know if you (and whoever else) are going to be at the event and I'll add you to the roster!

Say I'm missing a piece of figure such as wings, can i still use that figure? Also, Can I take figures but have the card just printed on paper?

Reprinted cards are fine. Which figure is missing it's wings? Maybe one of us can loan you said figure.
