Oooh. I like that one. I think I'd try Zetacron over Darrak--just to get a bit more range in the game (but I do love Darrak).
Adding Zetacron instead of Darrak makes it 13 hexes, so that would not work. Shiori or Deadeye Dan have range, though.

I have to say I wrestled with Darrak v. Zeta(drop a Knight). I think either would perform well in the headhunter role. I chose Darrak because he's a tiny bit more durable and I hate to give up even a single Knight when I only have x2 to begin with.
