C3G Public Design Nominations - TIEBREAKER

Yea, I'd really just like to see it worked on a little more. I don't want to drive anyone from this. I remember how frustrating it can be, but believe me it's much easier now to get a design through than it was when I first became an ally.

Like I said, I'm not opposed to either the design or the JLA synergy as a whole, I'd just like to see it hashed out some more. I just haven't really had the time to keep up on that conversation completely.

It is a good design which is why I have nominated it and voted for it every time for the last several cycles.

The system does appreciate that passion, otherwise this conversation wouldn't even be happening. I know you like to frame the Heroes as some distant tribunal handing out arbitrary judgement with no hope of reversal, but that's not what's happening. A majority of the Heroes, 3 out of the 5, had some concerns with the use of markers for the design. At least one of those Heroes has already posted his reasoning in the Public Design Post and is open to discussing the matter. If it wasn't for your passion, as well as that of the other members interested in the JLA, then this conversation would have fizzled and we would be nowhere closer to adding the faction to C3G. The system is trying to work with you, will you let it?

I get that this is frustrating, I really do. The public design slots move slowly right now, and it's hard and aggravating to have to wait that long for a design you're passionate about doing. But part of working with this group is working through these disagreements. If a Hero quit or stopped a design every time there was a major debate, we would have a lot fewer designs, and a lot more former Heroes. It can be frustrating, but it's worth it to see a character or faction you love added to the C3G canon.
