Dammit, that's where my confusion came from. Archie made that suggestion, I made a mental note someone had a wording suggestion, then when I went back after the con I saw Ronin's, thinking it was the one for Aiding Avenger.
 Will update in a sec.

Pre-release check: A wording suggestion…
Current: AIDING AVENGER At the start of the game, place a white Avenger Marker on the card of a friendly Unique Hero. At the end of your player turn, if the figure's card you revealed a numbered Order Marker on this turn has an Avenger Marker on it and neither that figure nor She-Hulk took a turn, and you only took a turn with up to one other figure, you may take a turn with She-Hulk. Proposed change to final sentence : At the end of your player turn, if the card you revealed a numbered Order Marker on this turn has an Avenger Marker, and if neither that figure nor She-Hulk took a turn, and if you only took a turn with up to one other figure, you may take a turn with She-Hulk.

So She-Hulk must be chosen? The discussion seems to imply she has the option to simply toss a friendly figure.
