Your most screwed up HS figs

We all have at least one. Maybe it's a bent sword or spear or a really bad paint job. Whatever happens to make your fig ugly share it with us here, in all it's hideous glory! Here's mine:



If I'd noticed it was this screwed up before opening the package I probably would have returned it to Hasbro for a replacement. As it is, I'll probably have to try the ol' boiling water/cold water trick...

Anyone have a good house rule for shooting around walls?

My Raelin looks really tipsy. I don't have a pic handy, but she's perpetually leaning to her left side.

This could get interesting around ruins, with her able to either peek around them, or lean on them.

I myself have a Saylind with a broken spear(Oh no, it's bent, let's fix it! *SNAP!* Oops.) a Krav Maga with a broken leg (and also caught leaning over) and I had to fix it with duct tape(hey, it solves everything, right?).

The only time one of my figures has been screwed up is when I or my friend tripped and stepped on it. We sorta leave a lot of the figures just lying around. However, this only causes the figue to tilt and we can glue it back on. It makes the figure look a little off.

Well, my figures are in good condition for the most part, but my poor Gilbert accidentally broke his flag, so now it looks like he's rallying everyone with a tiny stick.

I have a Jotun with a sword that looks like it needs Viagra. I also have a Grimnak with a really bent spear. Both just happened to come that way in the packaging.

My 4th Mass has a gun that is bending backwards. But I keep most of my figures in heavy duty cases so thay don't experience much damage.

My Dund has a broken tail, Saylind has a broken spear, and poor ol' Zelrig constantly falls over from a bad mold. Other than that, most of the figs are in pretty good shape, although I'm getting a little worried about the Yari's and the Templar Cavalry spears.

My buddy's zelrig did the same thing, on the bottom there was a little piece of plastic sticking out that made the base wobble. He just cut it off with a buck knife.

This Zelrig is actually bent in a leaning position. I started a thread asking what to do with him, and the hairdryer/cold water trick was advised. The figure still leans but I think the technique helped because now he can at least stand upright on the board without toppling over. As a side note, it's MY Zelrig ABOMINATION! I bought the Heroes of the Quagmire pack with the gift certificate to WargamersHQ I won when I became a member! Back on topic. It's kind of hard to think of a figure that's not screwed up somehow. A lot of them have weak, bendy parts (spears, swords, guns, etc.)and sloppy paint jobs. I'll try to post some pics of the worst ones.

2/3 of my Jotuns are pretty bad, both very dark tinted and have noticable bends in their swords.

Hmmm...this may be crossing the line from "accidental screwup" to "bonehead mistake". I was experimenting with custom techniques, and I thought it would be a good idea to put a figure in the microwave, pose it, then run it under water to freeze it in place. Well, I put an extra Carr I had in...for too long. It went back to check on it, and sure enough...a black puddle of hardened bubbly plastic.
