Her mutation is a result of radiation fallout from nuclear war. The nukes used Srontium-90.
Johnny Alpha also got his powers this way.
The Bounty Hunters are called Search and Destroy, all mutants except Wulf, and wear a badge with the letters S/D. They are given the nickname Strontium Dogs by those not fond of muties with badges.

I like the 3rd or 4th pic's best, although I am just now noticing that Domino did indeed have a spot over the right eye that you can see in that 3rd pic. It's not really noticeable on the actual mini, but I can see it now on the zoomed in view of her face. If that's an issue, speak up now and I'll try to repaint the face, but it will most likely turn out worse for it.

- Does it pass, Yes or No? yes
- What should be the unit's point value? 190?
- Give a brief overview. Bug had a clear advantage on her, but she had the advantage on all 3 of the melee fighters here and she beat the other ranged att. Red Hood both times. The fact that everyone she fought was her bounty helped her a lot in these tests as she was rolling more dice that she would have had she been fighting a non-bounty foe. Thinking I’ll test her out in the test tests at 190 and see how she does when not everyone attacking her is her Bounty.

TEST 1
Units: vs. Tigra (170)
Tigra had to go hid behind a wall and force Red to come down off a single hex of HG, then things got interesting. Some really good def. rolls by both figures in this one early made this one stay pretty even for quite a while. Then Durham Red scored multiple wounds and Tigra went Berserk and gave her 5W back. Red failed to wound or heal to finish the round and it looked like the initiative roll would decide it. Red won, scored 2W to finish off Tigra and healed 1W.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Durham Red won with 5/4W’s (healed 1W on final att.)
TEST 2
Units: vs. Tigra (170)
Again, Tigra must hide out of LOS after Red takes a single hex of HG. This really is a stalemate if Red also refused to move, but Red relents and goes hunting for her bounty. Tigra gets in the first strike as a result and rolls all skulls on her first att., dealing 4W right away, while Red fails to wound or heal to close out R1. Tigra then wins initiative and deals another 1W to Red, and Red fails to W or Heal again. Looks like it’s going to be a blow out, but Tigra fails to finish Red off. Red then scores 3W & heals twice on the next two attacks, Red now has hope for a comeback. Tigra now gets multiple att. herself though since she’s wounded and ends it instead.

TEST 3
Units: vs. Red Hood (180)
Hood wins initiative and gets in the first shot from HG for 2W, Then Red takes HG on him and rolls 5 skulls on her first att. roll, that ends the game when Hood only rolls 1 shield on defense.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Durham Red w/2W’s wins a quick one.
TEST 4
Units: vs. Red Hood (180)
Hood takes the top HG early this time and gets off one shot for 1W from HG, then Red uses her hit and move power to strike from LG, then move behind cover. Hood rolls terrible on def. and takes a quick 3W. Hood is also forced to move down to even ground if he wants to att., uses his SA and scores another W. Red shoots back, first shot results in her taking a W, but the second shot finishes Hood off.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Durham Red wins w/3W.
TEST 5
Units: vs. Black Canary (190)
Now it’s Canary’s turn to hide from Red after Red takes HG on a single hex, Red comes down off of HG and Canary gets the first att. roll in using her SA but fails to W. Red then moves up adj. to Canary and takes her out in just two attacks.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Durham Red @full life won a quick one.
TEST 6
Units: vs. Black Canary (190)
Canary opts to ignore her SA in this one and wait to come out from hiding only once she can engage for her first att. opportunity. Red doesn’t want to leave HG, as it would result in her att. from LG while also moving into Canary’s melee threat range, so a stale mate ensues. Red starts shooting at the wall to see if she can knock it down, so Canary opts to move up on OM3 hoping to win an initiative switch. Her SA scores a W, then she wins initiative and hops up next to Red and scores 3 more W’s. Red bites her back and heals twice while dealing 3W, Canary’s def. rolls are pretty bad. Canary scores another 2W’s, then Red finishes her off.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Durham Red with 4/3 W’s won (healed on final att.)
TEST 7
Units:vs. Bug (200)
Having two figures with Combat Dexterity fight each other was quite interesting, especially since one of them wanted to get adj. to the other to heal but their foe kept running and leaping away to deny them. On another map Red’s longer range might have made a difference but on this one Bug just kept moving into range, att. twice then running away. When Red couldn’t catch up for a melee att. and every time she shot back at range Bug would leap even farther away or behind a wall.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Bug w/2W won.
TEST 8
Units: vs. Bug (200)
I seems to be stuck in a stalemate again. Red is hiding behind the Ice on HG, she has not good moves to make as if she pursues Bug he’ll be att. and def. from HG while running away on her again. Bug is in the mirrored position, and can’t move out to att. Red because his range isn’t long enough so he has no reason to leave his spot either. I guess I’ll just start over and have Bug play aggressively early. This time Bug just jumped back and forth over the wall and Red couldn’t ever get more than one att. in while Bug was getting in 2 attacks.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Bug @full life won.
TEST 9
Units: vs. Bronze Tiger (210)
I’m really regretting selecting this map, Tiger is now hiding from Red, who’s sitting on a single hex of HG, since he’s a melee fighter and she’s got a double ranged att. This is technically another stale mate where neither side should leave their spot. I guess I’ll do one game each where one is the aggressor. Tiger charges and engages Red from LG. He rolls great on att. too, and even scores a d20 W later, but in the end giving up HG to her and her double att. proved too much as his counterstrike never plays a role and he falls short.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Durham Red with 5/4 W (healed on final att.)
TEST 10
Units: vs. Bronze Tiger (210)
Red’s turn to give up positioning in this one. She comes down off of HG to att. Tiger at range, then Tiger engages her and scores 1W. She takes a LEA (1W) to att. at range and avoid counterstrike and the blank re-rolls, scores a quick 3W. Tiger is hanging on by a thread, he engages again and re-rolls his way into a 4 skull att., then Red whiffs on def. and this one suddenly ends in Tiger’s favor.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Bronze Tiger w/3W’s won with a surprise KO.

Army Test 1
- Does it pass, Yes or No? Yes, no mechanical issues I can see.
- What should be the unit's point value? Not sure since she did suddenly go down to a bad def. whiff, but I do feel better about testing her at 190 now after her team lost here. Early game when she and the Two-Gun Kid were getting two att. boosted by both Cap & Hex, I was worried they were going to roll over the criminals but that big early game advantage didn’t last.
- Give a brief preview. Lex Luther has made many enemies, so many that even Capt. America and Baron Zemo have put their differences aside to take him down. To do so they have recruited a trio of bounty hunters, who all have different interest in those criminals Lex has surrounded himself with. Durham Red is hunting Doc Ock, Jonah Hex is after Wizard, while the Two-Gun Kid has a warrant for Purple Man. Zemo will use his skills to help Capt. America grant his bonuses while staying back out of the fight initially. The BH will take the lead here and try to clear the way for CA & Zemo to take down Lex and anyone left protecting him, while Weather Wizard will try to shield the team from the Lex Corp Securities ranged firepower.

Bounty Hunter Usage: Doc Ock is her Bounty, never attacked or defended an attack from him.
Strontium Vampirism Usage: Didn’t get a chance to use before falling to a def. whiff that resulted in 3W in one shot.
Combat Dexterity Usage: Didn’t really use, but maybe should have tried to pop in and out from behind cover here. Was too dependent on Fog Cover triggering and it didn’t do so often enough. I was revealing more OM’s on Two-Gun early since he was able to fly up to HG and had that extra att. die with his double att., this meant she didn’t move much early.
Damage Dealt: Took out 1 Lex Corp Security from LG in 2 att., while boosted by Cap & Hex. 2W to Wizard from LG while boosted by Cap & Hex in 2 att. (first att. was X blocked when she rolled all skulls!)
Damage Taken: 4W from Wizard (boosted by Lex Corp & HG) in 2 att. (def. boosted by Cap). 2W from Lex Corp Security on HG in 2 att. (def. boosted by Cap).
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Doc Ock w/3W’s, 1 Lex Corp Security, & Lex @full health (never left SZ, but did roll def. dice once) won.

Recap: So Cap and the BH faction can be pretty terrifying early game, I was rolling 6 att. dice for Two-Gun Kid vs. his bounty with an auto-skull added on, and since Purple Man missed both of his Reactive d20 rolls he went down after just two attacks. I made the mistake of rushing Hex up adj. to Wizard in an attempt to finish him off with the Sabre strike though, failed, and then Wizard finished Hex off instead. This cost the BH OM2, then the Lex Corp & Wizard took out Durham Red from HG (a big def. whiff on the last att. did 3W) and I lost OM3 as well. Wizard also finished off the Two-Gun Kid before WW finally put him down with a lightning bolt. Doc Ock & the last Lex Corp Security ended up taking out Zemo, WW, & Cap (a couple of clutch def. rolls by Doc Ock vs. Cap here), so the criminals proved victorious.

Army Test 2
- Does it pass, Yes or No? Yes, I just need to roll better defense dice for her.
- What should be the unit's point value? Two losses in a row in the team tests, she might have been pretty strong in the 1 on 1’s where she only had to deal with her Bounty but in larger games she is vulnerable to attacks from her non-bounty and not often able to actually attack who she wants to for that bonus att. die. As such I’m thinking she could go down to 180 for public testing, and drop to 170 if she struggles there.
- Give a brief preview. Durham Red & the Two Gun kid join Star-Lord’s crew in search of some intergalactic bounties. Pairing their double attacks with Star-Lord’s boosts and Rocket or Groot’s extra attacks should prove potent. Then a Land Shark has been adopted at the team’s pet, and his free unblockable attack could prove to be a crazy pile on of damage. Durham’s bounty is going to be Starfire, while the Two-Gun Kid is after Raven. Raven is bringing a couple of Lightning Bolt spells for this one, in an attempt to strike out at Star-Lord even if he’s hanging in the back.

Bounty Hunter Usage: Starfire is her Bounty, she never had a chance to att. Starfire and only defended against one att. from Starfire, where she whiffed on def. and died.
Strontium Vampirism Usage: Healed 1W after att. adj. Wonder Girl.
Combat Dexterity Usage: Couldn’t make use of this power in this game because she was at 5W so quickly. At that point, could not risk a LEA and needed to be adj. anyway to try and heal.
Damage Dealt: 2W to Wonder Girl in 4 adj. att.,
Damage Taken: 2W’s from Raven on HG in 1 att., 3W from Wonder Girl on HG in 1 att. after being Lassoed, 0W’s in 1 att. from Aqualad on HG while lassoed, 2W from Starfire on HG in 1 att.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? Raven @full life won, completely forgot about her two lightning bolt spells so they are still in play too.

Recap: Changeling charges in first for the Titans, Rocket ends up giving him 3W’s, then Starfire flies in and does what Starfire does and wipes out Star-Lord with her 4 att. of 4. Star-Lord boosted 2 att. rolls and 1 def. roll before dying here, so not 250 points of value. Pretty much expect the GotG to lose at this point but we’ll see how close they can make it. Wonder Girl and Aqualad double team Durham Red and almost finish her off, but she hangs on and Aqualad get turned into a Shark snack. Wonder Girl also takes a quick 2W, but Durham Red and Rocket can’t finish her off before Starfire flies in a takes out Durham Red & the Grizzly Shark. Rocket & the Two-Gun Kid take out Changeling, but Wonder Girl is still sitting with 3W to fuel Starfire’s fury, she unleashes on the Two-Gun Kid and he doesn’t take a scratch! Rocket finished off Wonder Girl, then dropped a 2nd bomb next to Starfire and blew them both up for a quick 2W. Nightwing wins initiative, starts beating on Groot while Rocket runs away. Two-Gun Kid & Groot put a hurting on Starfire but can’t finish her, so she kills the Two-Gun Kid, then Raven takes out Groot. Rocket uses his last bomb on Nightwing, then takes out Starfire. Raven nails Rocket, he’s now hanging on by a thread but still fighting strong as Nightwing whiffs on defense and goes down to his first def. roll of the game! Raven also takes a W. It is all for naught though as Raven wins initiative, then just transfers that W to Rocket to end the game.
