Character Bio - Serving as a captain in the Xandarian Nova Corps with his friend, Pyreus Kril, Gabriel was abducted and transformed into Air-Walker by the world devouring Galactus, becoming his herald; Kril would later become Galactus' herald, Firelord. Air-Walker took Galactus to countless worlds, and the two became close. Gabriel actually loved Galactus as a father, and Galactus was also very fond of his herald, telling him endless stories of his travels throughout the cosmos. THE POWER COSMIC
Before rolling attack or defense dice for Air-Walker, you may remove any number of unrevealed Order Markers from this card and add that number of skulls or shields to your roll.

BOW OF GABRIEL
Once per round, instead of attacking, you may choose a space within 7 spaces of Air-Walker. Roll the 20 sided die for each figure on or within 1 space of the chosen space, one at a time. You may remove an unrevealed Order Marker from this card to add 1 to a roll. If you roll 7 or higher, the figure on that space receives a wound and you may place it on any empty space 1 space away from its current placement. Figures moved this way will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

DARK TIDE
After using the Bow of Gabriel special power, for each wound you inflicted with it, you may remove an unoccupied single, double or triple-hex land piece within 7 spaces of Air-Walker from the game. For each piece removed with this special power you may remove a wound from a figure you control named Galactus.

Wow. First impression is Flying 9 Range 7 means he can attack anything within 16 hexes of his current location. That is huge, not saying bad, just huge. I guess that is normal for Heralds seeing Ghost Rider.


Is Dark Tide meant to have any range restriction or just any pieces on the board anywhere?

Cosmic Ghost Rider has 10 move with 6 range so it's the same threat range.

I was shooting for 400. But currently he has to be over that. I could see dropping move to 8 and range to 6 but then he's too similar to Silver Sufer.

Power set looks good! Minor wording tweaks I'd suggest:

I do have some worry about the interaction of Power Cosmic and the Bow of Gabriel. Stuff that gives you extra Order Markers can get nasty.

They don't interact at all though. Rolling attack or defense dice is short for attacking or defending. Special powers that let you roll unblockable attack dice are not attacks.
