As long as you can get volunteers to sign NDAs that they won't reveal campaign details before release, but if the C3V and C3G teams can keep stats secret for almost a year, I am sure the scenario/campaign can be kept secret for a couple months of playtesting.

Wow, I really wish I could help here fellas. Chris truly is our only hope. I have never broken NDA and I don't plan to. Reputation is everything in the world of game design.

That said, I hope you all realize that the co-op rules were unfinished when Heroscape was cancelled. We did some testing, but not enough. Traditional testing had us designing units or maps and repeatedly testing them with just 2 players. These rules require a group of players and have a wider amount of swings in luck etc. Testing is really tough when you need five players.

Thanks for the insight, . In NYC we've been playing with our own set of co-op rules that work pretty well anyway, so we've been able to scratch the itch.

I don't think Chris ever mentioned that the rules were unfinished. Taeblewaker, (and Sherman Davies and Kolakoski) I guess the good news is that we can feel free now to modify what we've got as we like! I can see an interesting conversation coming up regarding the future of BigAppleCo-opScape!*

Hey guys,haven't been on in forever and it seems the last one has not yet been finished. Hope we see it soon. I haven't played heroscape in forever and hoping this will get me back into it. Can't wait!!
