I do think we should limit it - we do for every other type of bonding, I don't see why this should be any different.

Yeah, I agree. The theme is really for her to bond with someone like Hal Jordan. I don't want to have to test for all that other nonsense.

Any suggestions on how to word it?

LOVE BONDS
After revealing an Order Marker on this Star Sapphire’s Beloved's card, before taking a turn with her Beloved, you may remove a violet Battery Marker from this card to take a turn with this Star Sapphire. If this Star Sapphire takes a turn with this special power, you may not take any additional turns with other figures you control other than her Beloved.

This may be overkill:

LOVE BONDS
After revealing an Order Marker on this Star Sapphire’s Beloved's card, you may immediately remove a violet Battery Marker from this card to take a turn with this Star Sapphire. No other figures other than Star Sapphire's Beloved may take a turn until the next numbered Order Marker is revealed.

EDIT: Johnny, that doesn't work if you choose an opponent's figure for the Beloved.

I think our mega players will still find plenty of combos and situations where they think burning that marker is worth it to go for the kill.

Edit: by quozl. I think Johnny's is pretty clean, though.

I think the intention is that you can only take a turn if you're revealing the Order Marker on the Beloved - so, if you control both Beloved and Carol. Is there a better way to specify that in the text?

It's not interrupting any more than other powers we've used that are immediately after revealing an order marker.

I think we've just done moving-related things but it should work fine as it's not interrupting a turn - it's happening immediately after someone reveals an order marker, before they take any turns.
