Either 2 or 4. Considering how much RttFF's trees added to the game, I think some more single-tile blockers would be in order. And not those piddly little jungle trees, but blockers that add to the lush, green feel of heroscape and can be used on most any map.
Also, additional types of terrain have, in the past, added new dimensions to the game. Even the swamp water tiles have their unique strategic value, and putting them in a MS ensures they are used.
