I'd just use this for the second half.

....If you do, for the remainder of the round, when Arrowette attacks that enemy figure, add 2 automatic skulls to whatever is rolled and, if she destroys that figure, she may not move or attack for the rest of the round.

We did double check on Athleticism not completely overlapping with another power with a different name right? I know we have a lot of powers that have roughly the same set up, but I can’t really tell them apart.

I haven’t personally looked, but Ronin and LO did (in the LCW) and found some similar ones, but not exactly. I can do more research to be sure in the next few days!
